As Principal, let me welcome you to the Carlisle Elementary website. As I enter the doors each day, our students, staff and community make me ever mindful of how honored and privileged I am to be the Carlisle Principal.
Children are our top priority. The entire Carlisle family strives to provide a warm, positive, safe and nurturing environment where all students are supported in reaching their personal best. By providing a strong academic program while developing responsible and respectful citizens, we give our students the necessary tools to be successful in the 21st century and beyond.
It truly does take a village to raise a child. This is why we value the partnerships formed between students, staff, and community. We are very fortunate to have a supportive and active PTA, caring and involved parents, and an experienced and dedicated staff.
As Carlisle Coyotes, our goal is for every child to soar into the future, prepared to succeed at whatever he or she may endeavor to achieve. We are proud to be called Carlisle Coyotes.
Linda Patrick, principal of Carlisle Elementary School, has 18 years of experience in education: eight as a principal, three as an assistant principal, and seven as an elementary school teacher. Welcome, Carlisle families! This is my fourth year serving as an assistant principal, and I am thrilled to be part of the Carlisle family this year. I am also celebrating my 12th year in Plano ISD. Prior to becoming an assistant principal, I worked as an instructional specialist, a fifth-grade teacher, and a kindergarten teacher.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from SMU and have a strong passion for leadership in education. I am married to my wonderful husband, Jeremy, and we have two sons, Nathan (3½ years old) and JR (1½ years old). When I am not at work or spending time with my family, I enjoy listening to podcasts, going for walks, and being outdoors.
We are going to have a fabulous year at Carlisle. Go Coyotes!
